Klindr is for licensed physicians. To list a clinic, an owner must have their national ID and selfie approved by Klindr. To book a clinic, a renter must also have their Medical Syndicate membership card, membership number and specialty approved by Klindr.

Clinic owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing — including availability, equipment, and house rules — and for their legal right to rent out the space during the times listed.

Choose an open shift, review the details and confirm the booking. If the shift is still available, Klindr confirms it immediately without owner approval. Bookings cover a full shift; half-shift bookings are not available.

Payment for bookings is made in cash directly between the renter and the owner at the clinic. Klindr does not process or hold booking funds and does not charge a commission on bookings. Booking shifts on Klindr is free. Listing clinics requires a paid monthly plan after a free 30-day trial. Subscriptions are paid in advance, a month or a year (for the price of 10 months) at a time, online by card through our payment provider. If you choose automatic renewal, we charge the card you paid with at each renewal until you turn it off in Plan & billing. You can cancel renewal at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If a payment is missed, you have 5 days to pay; after that your clinics are hidden from search and your account moves to the free plan until you subscribe again. Bookings already made are not cancelled. Plan prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a new price applies from your next payment. If you paid during a founding offer, you keep that price while you renew the same plan without a break.

Either the renter or the owner may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the shift starts. Cancellations after that cutoff are not permitted through the platform.

Users agree to provide accurate identity and membership information, to honor confirmed bookings, and to treat the other party's clinic and patients professionally and safely.

Klindr facilitates introductions and scheduling between independent licensed physicians. Klindr is not a party to the clinical services provided during a booking and is not liable for the conduct of either party.

We may update these terms as Klindr evolves. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
