Privacy Policy

We collect account details, including name, email and language; identity documents, including a national-ID image and selfie; professional details you submit, including your Medical Syndicate membership card and number, and specialty; an optional contact phone number if you add one; optional profile photos and malpractice-insurance documents; and clinic, booking, review, payment, session and verification-history records needed to operate Klindr.

We use this information to verify identities and Medical Syndicate membership, operate the booking flow, send booking confirmations and cancellations, and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your data. Renters and clinic owners see each other’s names and the booking details needed for the shift. If you add a contact phone, the other doctor of a confirmed booking sees it from two hours before the shift until it is completed and marked paid. Service providers process data to operate Klindr: Resend receives email addresses for delivery, Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded files, and Paymob receives names and email addresses for online subscription payments. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Verification documents and account credentials are stored securely, and access is limited to what's needed to review and approve listings.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting Klindr support.
