Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: October 20261. Subscriptions
Klindr plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, in Egyptian pounds — online by card through our payment provider. A monthly payment covers one month of the plan you chose; a yearly payment covers 12 months for the price of 10.
2. Automatic renewal
If you choose automatic renewal, we charge the card you paid with at the start of each new period, for the price shown when you chose it. We remind you before each charge. You can turn it off any time in Plan & billing; nothing further is charged, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. A charge already made isn't refunded for the period it paid. If a charge fails, your plan keeps running through the grace period and you can pay by hand.
3. Free trial
Every account starts with a free trial. It ends without any charge: you decide whether to choose a plan and pay.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel renewal at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
5. Refunds
Payments aren't refunded, including for the unused part of a month or a year. That's why cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you've paid for.
6. Changing plans
A higher plan starts right away, and the unused time on your old plan becomes extra days on the new one. A lower plan starts at your next renewal. Neither is refunded.
7. Mistaken charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund the mistaken amount the way you paid.
8. Booking payments
Shifts are paid in cash directly to the clinic owner, at the clinic. Klindr doesn't take or hold booking money, so any refund for a shift is between the renter and the owner. Cancelling a booking follows the Terms: at least 24 hours before the shift.
