Questions owners ask
Who can book my clinic?
Only doctors whose ID, selfie and Medical Syndicate membership card our team has approved. You see who booked on every booking, and you review each other after the shift.
Can I charge more at the weekend?
Yes. Each shift has a weekday price and a weekend price. A booking keeps the price it was made at, even if you change it later.
What if I need my clinic back?
Close any date or shift that isn't booked yet. You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before it starts, and the doctor is told straight away.
What if the doctor doesn't come or doesn't pay?
Report a no-show up to 7 days after the shift. It goes on the doctor's record. They can dispute it within 7 days, and our team decides.
Do I have to list every shift?
No. Open only the shifts you don't use, as a weekly pattern, and change single dates whenever you need to.
