Booking and cancelling
How do I book a shift?
Open a clinic, pick a day and a shift, and book. It is confirmed at once, with no waiting for the owner.
How far ahead can I book?
As far ahead as the clinic's calendar shows. You can also book the same shift every week for 2 to 12 weeks.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Either side can cancel up to 24 hours before the shift starts.
Payments and plans
How does payment work?
You pay the owner directly in cash at the clinic. Klindr doesn't process or hold booking payments. Clinic owners pay any listing subscription separately.
Does Klindr take a commission?
No. Owners keep the full price of every booking and pay a monthly plan to list. Renting is free.
What happens if a plan payment is missed?
You have a few grace days to pay. After that your clinics are hidden from search. Bookings you already have are never cancelled.
Verification
How is verification handled?
Every doctor uploads a national ID and a selfie. To book shifts, a doctor also adds their Medical Syndicate membership card, membership number and specialty. Our team will review your documents. Check Verification for the result.
Who sees my ID and selfie?
Only Klindr's review team. Other doctors see your name, specialty and verified badge.
No-shows and disputes
What if the other doctor doesn't show up?
The owner can report a no-show up to 7 days after the shift. The renter can dispute it within 7 days, and Klindr reviews it and decides.
Listing a clinic
How do I list my clinic?
Once your ID is approved, add your clinic from Hosting: details, photos, equipment, prices and open shifts. Our team reviews it before it goes live.
Can I edit a live listing?
Yes. Changes to the details, address or photos are reviewed first, and your current listing stays live until they are approved.
Your account
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We email you a 6-digit code to set a new one.
How do I change the language?
Use EN or العربية in the header. You can also save a preferred language for your account in your profile.
